No Refunds: Due to our zero refund policy, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations, regardless of the timing or circumstances of the cancellation.
4. Company Cancellations
Full Refund for Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that VEE MILESTONE HOLIDAYS must cancel a tour or service due to insufficient participants, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings. Travel insurance can provide financial protection in case of unforeseen events that require you to cancel or change your travel plans.
6. Non-Refundable Payments
Deposit: Any deposit required at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Full Payment: Full payments made at the time of booking or thereafter are also non-refundable under this policy.
