Detailed Itinerary

Day-1

Start your weekend adventure at 12:00 PM as we depart from Hyderabad by tempo, heading toward the scenic Ananthagiri Hills. Upon arrival at 5:00 PM, you'll be welcomed with a cozy camping tent allotment and refreshing hi-tea with snacks. By 5:30 PM, get ready to pump up your adrenaline with thrilling high rope course activities. As the evening sets in, enjoy a vibrant pool party with music from 7:30 to 8:00 PM, followed by a delicious dinner between 8:00 to 10:00 PM. Wind down the night around a warm campfire with music and more pool fun from 10:00 to 11:00 PM. By 11:45 PM, the pool closes, lights go off, and it's time to rest under the stars.

Day-2

Wake up to the fresh, misty air between 6:00 to 8:00 AM and start your day with a peaceful farm walk, soaking in the natural beauty of Ananthagiri Hills. From 8:00 to 10:00 AM, enjoy a delicious breakfast to refuel after your morning stroll. At 11:00 AM, it’s time to pack up and get ready to say goodbye to the hills. Finally, check out is scheduled at 11:30 AM, wrapping up your refreshing weekend getaway with unforgettable memories.

Meals

Your weekend getaway comes with delicious meals to keep you energized and satisfied. Upon arrival, enjoy a high tea featuring hot tea and crispy pakodas – the perfect snack after a journey. For dinner, indulge in a hearty spread that includes salad, flavorful bagara rice, spicy chicken curry, traditional bagara baingan (gutti vankaya), soft roti, cooling raita, and a sweet dessert to end the meal. The next morning, wake up to a comforting breakfast of poori with curry, soft upma, and a steaming cup of tea to start your day just right.

Things to Carry

Use this checklist to help you pack smart for your Ananthagiri adventure. Don’t forget to carry swimming wear if you plan to enjoy the pool. Pack comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor and physical activities along with your most comfortable shoes and slippers. It's essential to bring at least 2 liters of water for trekking, along with sunglasses, a camera, and a Bluetooth speaker if you have one. Include warm clothes for the night, your personal toiletries like towel, soap, toothbrush, and paste, and don’t forget a blanket and any personal medications you may need. Carrying a hand sanitizer and an extra water bottle is also a good idea for hygiene and hydration on the go.

By participating in this camping event, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.   

Guidelines To Participants 

Most of us may not be serious trekkers but all of us have equal responsibility in protecting our beloved earth. Infinite adventures earnestly request all its members to be environmentally conscious & responsible whilst on the treks and avoid any littering, shouting in wild, or causing anything that would disturb the normal ecology. Try to avoid plastics as much as possible. No littering, no pollution of water. This is not a luxury trip, but all care has been taken to make your trip comfortable. We carry basic first-aid, please do inform us if you need any special attention. If you don’t feel well, bring it to the notice of the organizers immediately. 

Terms & Conditions 

1. Vee Milestone Holidays club night camping is a mix of adventure games. It is advisable to wear sports attire or at least sports shoes. 
2. Participants will be able to enjoy the complete Adventure experience only if they reach on time. We suggest you reach 10 minutes prior to the starting time at the venue. 
3. If the participants arrive late due to any reason, whatsoever, they are subjected to miss the meals and activities as per the time mentioned in the itinerary. 
4. If any of the activities are not fully operational due to technical or safety reasons, they will not be substituted or compensated. 
5. Vee Milestone Holidays Club will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the guest, outside or third party. 
6. Vee Milestone Holidays Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the participant in the camp for violating camp rules, illegal activities or failing to comply with any security measures 
7. Vehicles won’t be allowed near the camping tent from Parking area, Parking is free but at owners’ risk.
