Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 : Depart from Delhi | Journey Towards Manali

Embark on an exciting overnight journey to Manali aboard our scheduled Semi Sleeper AC Bus, departing at 9:00 PM. During the journey, we’ll take a short break for dinner at a highway restaurant (at your own expense). Afterward, sit back and relax as we continue the scenic drive, covering an estimated 11-hour journey to reach the beautiful hill station of Manali by the next morning. 

Day 2 :  Manali Local Sightseeing | Exploring Old Manali

Upon your arrival in Manali, you’ll be greeted by our designated cabs or taxis, arranged based on your group size, to transfer you comfortably to the hotel. A warm welcome awaits you as you check in, relax, and freshen up after your journey. By 1:00 PM, begin a half-day city tour exploring Manali’s iconic landmarks such as the sacred Hadimba Devi Temple nestled amidst Van Vihar, the lively Clubhouse, charming Old Manali, and peaceful Tibetan Monasteries. If time permits, unwind at the Vashisht Temple & Hot Water Spring, known for its healing properties. In the evening, take a relaxed stroll along the vibrant Mall Road, perfect for shopping and soaking in local vibes. Return to the hotel around 7:00 PM to enjoy a sumptuous dinner buffet with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights, followed by a restful overnight stay in Manali.

Day 3 : Solang Valley Excursion

Join us for an unforgettable day that begins with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, followed by an exciting excursion to the stunning Solang Valley. Surrounded by breathtaking snow-capped mountains, immerse yourself in thrilling adventure activities such as snowscooter rides, tube rides, ATV adventures, and skiing, making for an action-packed day. If weather permits, we’ll also explore the incredible Atal Tunnel, adding a unique experience to the journey. After a day full of excitement and sightseeing, return to the hotel by 7:00 PM. Enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a cozy overnight stay in Manali. 

Day 4 : Adventure day in Kullu | Experience Paragliding, River Rafting & Goodbyes

Embark on an exciting adventure-filled day as we check out from the hotel after breakfast and set off for the scenic town of Kasol. En route, we’ll stop in Kullu to experience thrilling activities like paragliding, river rafting, and a visit to a renowned shawl factory. If time permits, you may also explore cultural gems like Naggar Castle, Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery, and the peaceful Kais Monastery. By around 4:00 PM, we’ll conclude the day with a scenic drive back to the bus pickup point near Bhuntar, from where we begin our overnight journey to Delhi, lasting approximately 11–12 hours, filled with memories of a wonderful trip.

Things to know/Terms and Conditions

• 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
• Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM.
• The Vehicle will be available only till 7 PM.
• Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
• Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
• ACs don't work in Hilly Areas as the climate is moderate.
• Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
• All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
• Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• Prices might greatly vary on Blackout Dates(special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Years, etc). In order to get the best rates for these days you can connect with us directly.
• The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
• Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
• When is Sissu village/Atal tunnel if snow blocks, then 4*4 vehicle should be rented at the own costs. Sometimes due to heavy snow blocks these places may be cancelled as a part of trip.
• Rohtang Top's Permits are excluded. (Directly Payable to the Union)
• Vehicle is allowed only till gate at Kufri, pony rides cost to reach top, are to be directly borne by customer.
• Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Travloger reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
• Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Vm Holidays control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
• In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler.
• Neither the operator nor Vm holidays will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• The driver might turn off the AC on hilly terrains as it might become difficult to drive on such roads.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
• Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), VM HOLIDAYS reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
• Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
